Laughter is good medicine.

Laughter is good medicine: A recent study found that even thinking about doing something that makes you laugh significantly boosts your body's feel-good chemicals.  Lee S. Berk, PhD, a Loma Linda University associate professor, tested people preparing to watch a funny video and found they had 27 percent more beta endorphins and 87 percent more human growth hormone in their blood than a control group.  Those chemicals lower blood pressure and help improve your immune system.
